1. Introduction
Welcome to Ortega Tours. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking.
2. Services
Ortega Tours provides border crossing assistance, visa renewal support, customs and duties facilitation, media fixing, translation, and transport services across the Aflao-Lomé border corridor between Ghana and Togo.
We act as facilitators and agents. We do not guarantee outcomes that are subject to the sole discretion of government authorities, border officials, or immigration departments.
3. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment through our Paystack-powered checkout.
- Prices are displayed in GHS or USD depending on the service. French-speaking users see indicative CFA prices for reference; actual charges are processed in the base currency.
- Once a booking is made, our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm details.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a processing fee. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring their travel documents (passports, identification, existing visas) are valid and in order before the service date. Ortega Tours is not liable for delays or denial of entry caused by invalid or incomplete documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ortega Tours shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays caused by border authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
